I started personal training with Liz about 2 years ago and I could not be more impressed. I had done gym workouts on my own, in groups and with other personal trainers before but reached a plateau. I had good, normal weight but couldn’t get the muscle definition, strength, and lift I wanted. I often had tight back or a pulled muscle here and there after my workouts.

My postpartum journey was filled with fear that I would never get back in shape as I was left with significant diastasis recti meaning that my abs were weak and very separated, then I met Liz. Her level of understanding of the body and her use of Pilates techniques to target the abdominal area meant that I was not just getting my fitness back, but most importantly doing it correctly! Liz is professional, passionate, and excellent at what she does. She is charming and fun so the sessions were always a pleasure. The results were undeniable and she somehow managed to ingrain the importance of consistency in working out in me in order to sustain the gains long term.
